How to run a training?
Time to gain some practice by diving into a real training.
How does it work?
Watch the situations and choose the best course of action, when prompted with a question
Observe the direct outcomes of your decisions and reflect on them
You can try different responses to learn the outcomes of different approaches
There is no right or wrong answer. It is just like in life, each choice will lead to a different outcome and you can learn from all
You can repeat or restart the simulation at any time
Before you start:
Activate your audio, make the video Full screen (by clicking the button in the top left corner) and press Start when you are ready to begin.
In average, it takes around 20 minutes to complete.
